All of us at once!

One of our biggest Christmas Traditions since I've been married is getting together with all of my family and having a HUGE brunch together at my mom's house. This year every single one of my siblings made it and we actually got a picture of it. This is all of my brothers and sisters with my mom after we just got done stuffing our faces. We all had a very Merry Christmas, it's always so much fun when we all can get together!

Sing along

These past 2 weeks have been full of Christmas music and Christmas programs. There is nothing better then hearing little children sing their little hearts out. I was able to go to 2 out of the 3 kids programs...I felt so bad that I missed Clay's =-( I had preschool that day and there was no way I could get away. But I know he did well...Clay loves to sing and I had him sing all the songs to me at home. So we had our own little personal show instead with Clay. I knew every song that Gage was going to sing because ever since they have been practicing at school, he has been singing at home/in the car/ at the store and every where else. He was so excited for his first "sing along" program. This is a picture of Gage with his cousin Ladd. He was so excited to have Ladd there to sing with him. Ladd is not in his class,so it was a real treat for them to hang out during school on this day.
This is Jace singing Rock'n Around The Christmas Tree. It funny how much kids change over the years. This year Jace tried not to look at me the whole program because he knew he would smile too big...and that is NOT cool when you are a 4th grader. But I caught him 1 or 2 times grinning ear to ear.
~Side note: I HATE holes in my kids pants!! As soon as they get a hole in the knee they go in the garbage. But some how this pair of pants made it passed me and low and behold...what pair does he where to the program??? And where does he sit???? Front and Center!! Awesome!!

Yummy Kisses

Gage is pretty sure that I'm the only girl for him. He always gets just a little bit jealous when Josh is hugging and kissing on me and usually tries to push him away. Whatever girl ends up with this guy is going to be a very lucky one. Such a sweet heart!!
I really am so lucky to have such sweet little boys. They all still love to give me kisses and hugs (even in front of their friends)

Pulling teeth

So Clay was scheduled to get his bottom 'eye teeth' pulled out because he doesn't have enough room for his new teeth to come in. He was feeling a little bit nervous. I assured him that this was going to be completely pain free and would be done very fast. I thought that, these being baby teeth it should be no problem at all. We would be in and out in no time....WRONG!!
So....2 hours later...lots of tears and lots of shots, Clay's teeth are finally out! The poor little boy went through hell to get these two "little" (not) teeth out. The dentist said that his teeth were so crowded that there was hardly any tissue to numb in between his teeth. Plus his eye teeth were so deep that those nerves were hard to numb as well. They gave him shot after shot, at first he did amazing but after being poked so many times he got tired of being strong. Then after a bunch of shots they would pry and pull on his tooth. Then he would scream cause he could feel it, so more shots, then more prying and pulling and more screaming. We did this over and over for an hour each tooth. So much for quick and easy....I feel like a great mom!!

Do you see these suckers???? Do you see them??? When I saw these come out of his mouth I about died. I could not believe how big they were. No! He does not have freakish size teeth. This is the normal size of baby eye teeth. But when they are naturally pushed out by adult teeth, they break down while being pushed out. Who knew!!!! The tooth fairy brought him some exta $$$$ for these ones!!!

Good times in the snow

Jace
Clay

Gage

Jace's jump action

Jace got 9 points from the judges (his brothers) on this jump. He jumped a ton of times but this is the only one we got on camera!

Mom's hitting the jump

The boys gave me a '10' for this jump...thats right, mom had the best one for the day!

The last 2 jumps only received 9 points from the judges.... I'll take it!!

Bloody accidents

Yep..thats real blood and nope it didn't happen at the same time...it was about 4 seconds apart in 2 different accidents. My nephew Cole crashed on a snowboard after hitting a jump, then right after that Gage run into Clay with his sled. Instead of helping out...I took pictures...then I helped. This is just how these boys roll on a daily basis. (Look at Gage, he thinks it's cool)

Winter Wonderland

Today was the perfect snow for building snowmen. We has such a fun day today playing outside. This is the boys and their cousins in front of our huge snowmen.

Jace's Heaven

Can you tell by the smile on his face that he thinks snow is the best thing ever. Jace loves to make sure that our driveway is clear of snow at all times. Can't complain, it's pretty nice having that kid around! If it snows at night, he will shovel it before he goes to school for me. He's hoping that this last snow storm was enough to open up Beaver Mountain. We all got snowboards this year (except Josh, he got skiis) and we are just waiting for the snow now. Jace is becoming a good little snowboarder and thinks it's the funniest thing ever. We are saving our money this winter, in hopes to buy season passes in the spring for next winter. Clay was on skiis last year but wants to snowboard this year, and Gage will be going for the first time this year. Josh and I will have our work cut out for us on the mountain. I'm not great on a snowboard, I learned with Jace, he can do circles around me now. Josh will probably be picking me up just as much as the boys.

Meet Wolfy

Gage got to take home "wolfy" this weekend from school. "wolfy" is their class pet. He goes everywhere Gage goes. We are suppose to take pictures of their weekend together and document it. What a bond the two have made this weekend! LOL

Baby Ceejay

This is baby Ceejay. When I went to check on him during his nap, he was sleeping like this. I watch this little guy 4 days a week. He has been such a joy to have in our home, the boys just adore him. They get nothing done when he is around because they can't resist playing with him all the time. He is such a fun, happy little spirit. Thank you Cindy for sharing him with us!

Sleeping in his pillow case!

When I went to go check on the boys this morning at 5:00 AM, this is how I found Gage! If you can't tell, he is sleeping on a stuffed animal so he can sleep in his pillow case. After I took this picture, I woke him up and asked him where his blanket was. He said he gave it to Clay, and he didn't dare go get another one in the dark. Sure enough, Clay was sleeping with Gage's blanket. Gage is such a sweet boy, it made my heart melt! It kind of makes me wonder, if I saw someone without, would I give and go without instead?? What a great example kids are to us sometimes!

Dillon and Clay

Clay was so surprised to see one of his best friends Dillon show up to his baptism. It was really neat to see a friend's support at such a young age. Dillon had a basketball game at the same time as the baptism. He decided to miss the game so he could be there for Clay.

Thanks Dillon for being such a good friend!

It was so neat to see all the support for Clay from our families. Thanks everyone for coming!!

Clay and Grandpa Lynn

Clay was so thrilled to have his Grandpa Lynn baptize him. His Grandpa is someone he looks up to very much and is such a good example to Clay and our family. Thanks Grandpa, we love you!

Clay's Baptizm

It's been a very special day for Clay and our family. Clay got baptized in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints today, something he has been waiting for since he saw Jace do it 2 years ago. It was so cute, you couldn't wipe the HUGE smile off his face even if you tried.

Clay's Special Baptizm Day

Clay's Awesome Week

Well we've had a week full of events for Clay this week. First on Monday we had a family Birthday Party for him. Then Friday he got to have a friend Birthday party and finally Saturday he got baptized. What a Spoiled boy!!

Clay Sang this all week to himself...that's Clay for ya!!
