Clay is 8!

This is a picture of Clay at 2 weeks old. Today is my little Clay boy's eighth birthday. He is so excited to be 8! Last night I told him the story about when he was born...I just can't believe it was 8 years ago. Tonight we are going to have a family party for him, then Friday he is going to have a friend birthday party and on Saturday he is going to get baptized so this is going to be a very fun, special week for him.

Me & Josh

Josh and I have been married for 11 years now! I can't believe it's been that long, WOW! We are getting old. I know it sounds cheesy but every year just gets better for us. Josh is an amazing dad and husband, everything a girl can ask for! Our kids love to do whatever he does, and they all want to be just like him. Josh is such a hard worker and support us very well. He has been at Metalwest in Ogden for 10 years now. I just started teaching preschool this year in my home, and I love it more then I ever thought I would. The kids are so much fun, and I get to do a ton of cute, fun things that they get so excited about. I kind of wish I did it when my kids were that age. Other then that, I'm just a stay at home mom, doing home and family stuff. Josh and I love to be social, we like to hang out with our family and friends as much as possible. That's about it for now!

Gage

Gage is the youngest of the 3 boys...and it's good thing. Gage is fun, fast and tough...and he knows it!! This kid walks with a strut, he thinks he is the coolest thing since peanut butter. If you want honesty, ask Gage because he won't hesitate to speak his mind. He'll actually tell you what he thinks whether you ask him or not. Gage turned 6 this summer. He likes to think he can take on both of his brothers but I'm not sure he's quite there yet. Him and Clay are the very best of friends and play together all the time while Jace supervises!! Believe or not there is a very sweet spot that Gage has. Gage is very protective of the ones he loves. If Clay ever cries, Gage is fighting back the tears not to cry with him. Gage is a mommas boy, he loves to snuggle with me all the time and tells me I'm beautiful at least twice a day. Sometimes he acts like he is competing with Josh! LOL

Clay

Oh our sweet little Clay! My heart just melts when I talk about him. Clay doesn't have a mean bone in his body and he doesn't believe anyone else does either. Clay has such a love for life and you will rarely see him without a smile. Clay has so many Friends and everyone wants to be around him because of his positive attitude on life. Clay LOVES school and LOVES to read. He is that kid that will go in a corner and just read and read. He also, loves video games (a little too much) We worry sometimes about him getting hurt because he wears his heart on his sleeve. When I grow up, I want to be like Clay! He is such a good example of how everyone should act... love everyone and everything no matter what!

Jace

Jace is the oldest of 3 boys. He will be 10 years old in January going on 40! We always joke about having 3 parents in our house, Josh, me and Jace. He makes sure that the other 2 boys are in line (his line). And if they are not, boy will he get after them. Jace is a really good kid with a very sweet heart. He wants to make sure everyone is included in everything. He loves to work with his hands,outside in the dirt. He idolizes his dad more than anything and his grandpa is a close second. Working outside with either two of them and he is in heaven. Jace is really starting to find what he loves in life. He loves anything with a motor and handles his four-wheeler amazingly. He is also really getting into snowboarding. It's all he wants to do this winter and is pretty good at that too. He feels he has better things to do then school and does just because he has too. Jace is such a help to me as well. He is also telling me "Thank you" or "what can I do to help".

We finally have a blog!!

So my sister Des should be so proud of me right now! I've finally started up a blog. She has been telling me to do one for a very long time. Not really sure how this all works and we will see how it goes, so bear with me for a bit!
