Sham Battle

Jace was super, super excited to experience his first year in the Wellsville Sham Battle. Josh use to be in it when he was younger, so Jace felt pretty special to follow in his dad's foot step. Now the other 2 boys think they have to do it next year!
He thought he was so cool shooting his dad's gun in the parade!

My cute, happy, not a care in the world Clay has been counting down the days til school. Clay loves to learn, read and be with his friends all day long. This year he will be in 3rd grade and couldn't be more thrilled about it.
Jace doesn't care much for school, he thinks there are more important things to do with his life right now. BUT he was excited to be in 5th grade and be the oldest class in the school. He said "we rule the school this year" and I bought him this new red fox jacket and he wasn't allowed to wear it until school started. He was more then thrilled to wear it in 90 degree weather. He has worn it ever day since. I had to sneek it out of his room the other day just to wash it.

Gage is so excited to be in first grade finally. He has been waiting all his life to be able to go to recess 3 times in one day, have PE and eat school lunch. He now feels like he is as big as his brothers. Gage was and is the only one of my kids so far that didn't want me to walk him to class or hold his hand on the way to school. I forced him to do both. I was very upset by this!

My 3 boys on their first day of school.
I have mixed emotions about all 3 of them being gone all day long.
The only year that I will have all of them in the same school together!

My baby lost his first tooth

Gage with his super, super loose tooth....it was so ready to come out. So.....
We tied a string around it. But...

He wouldn't pull on it at all. So.......

Jace yanked on it and it slipped right out. Look how cute he is!!!
He was so excited for the tooth fairy come, he could hardly stand it!! Way to go Gage!!!

Camping

Our little visiters. They came acrossed the street right next to our camp then went up over the mountain. The kids were super excited to see a mama moose and her baby that close.
We went camping with Timmy, Ashely, Braelynn and Macy Anderson. Jace loves little kids, this is a picture of him carrying Braelynn acrossed the river.

Braelynn and Gage pretty much fished all Day, they never caught one with their poles but Jace did caught one with his hands. I wasn't quick enough with the camera to get a picture.

Jace loves the water and played in it pretty much all the whole time.

Same with Clay, he is a little fish and as you can tell Bella is loving it too!

Bella is trying to find the shade.

I think the water was a bit cold still

Me and my boys

The kids like to take turns taking pictures...this is what we ended up with this time.

Beauty school

Ahhhhhhh!!! Isn't she pretty!!!
(That's because I did her hair) LOL
Me and my mom dying our hair...just for fun!!

Can you tell she doesn't like her picture taken???

CCCCHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZEEEEE!

More Fireworks at Bear Lake

IS THIS NOT THE FUNNIEST PICTURE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN???
It makes me laugh everytime I see it. He is not mad or sad, just getting his picture taken!
If you have never gone to Bear Lake to watch the firework then you have been missing out. This was our first year, and although it was absolutley freezing on the beach that day, it was completely worth it to see such a beautiful sight. Imagine fireworks right above your head over the lake with patriotic music playing in the back ground. I am so glad that we got to experience this.....Thanks Chris and Chelsea for inviting us!!

My little family all bundled up, ready to watch the fireworks

Me and Josh with the lake in the back ground....isn't it beautiful!! LOL

Funk girls with the Gunnell boys.....my boys adore these girls. We couldn't have better neighbors!!

Gager man and me

Jace cheesing it!

Clay and Gage playing some ball (these two really do play well together)

That's me, Courtney, Caylee, and Jace hitching a ride to the other end of the beach.

Jace and his pal Stevie...They are two peas in a pod.

Smiley Clay

Gage can play for hours in the sand, he make a huge river going to his sand castle.

Josh and Chris Funk

Do you think they might be excited to be going to the lake.....this was 5 hours before we were even leaving. Just kidding but they were really excited.
